A Note from Our Founders

As school friends, we often talked about starting something together. In September 2024, while we were teenagers, that ambition became Prachin Nepal.

We wanted to create something modern that represented our country. The appreciation and orders we received—from Nepal and Nepalis around the world—encouraged us to keep building.

Our vision is to grow a brand from Nepal that carries our country’s identity to the world, one meaningful design at a time.

Delivery, Payment
& Warranty

A few helpful details before your piece of Nepal comes home.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. Estimated delivery is 1–2 days within Kathmandu and 2–4 days elsewhere in Nepal. International delivery times depend on the destination country.

Delivery charges depend on your location. We’ll confirm the charge and estimated delivery time on WhatsApp before you order.

How can I pay?

We offer cash on delivery, bank transfer, eSewa and Khalti. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm the payment options available for your delivery location.

What does the one-year warranty cover?

Both our wristwatches and wall clocks have a one-year warranty covering eligible faults. Physical damage is excluded.

For wristwatches, water damage caused by exposure beyond the watch’s 3 ATM water-resistance rating is also excluded. Contact us on WhatsApp if you experience a fault during the warranty period.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer refunds. If your item is damaged during delivery, an exchange is available with photo or video proof of the damage.

Exchanges are also available for eligible faults during the one-year warranty period, excluding physical damage and, for wristwatches, water damage beyond the 3 ATM rating. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and evidence of the issue.
